On October 23, the Jian Gong New City office building installation project, undertaken by Jian Tou Er An and Jian Tou Steel Structure, successfully passed the review and appraisal of the "China Installation Star" review expert group.
The project is located in the southwest of plot 53 in the Kunming Technology Development Zone Information Industry Base. The "China Installation Star" application mainly includes the building's main steel structure, building water supply and drainage, ventilation and air conditioning (fire ventilation), and building electrical engineering sections (or sub-sections).
The review and appraisal consisted of two parts: on-site audit and document audit. According to the on-site review requirements, the expert group listened to the project report, inspected the project construction quality on-site, reviewed the construction technical documents in detail, affirmed the overall situation of the project, and fully affirmed the preparation work of each unit for this review. At the review and appraisal meeting, Mr. Gu Yongmao, Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Xu Yanlu, Chief Engineer, representing the participating units, gave speeches on the construction and management concepts, as well as the project quality.
