In accordance with the requirements of the Group's "Quality Month" activity plan for 2019, the company held a launch ceremony for the 2019 "Quality Month" activity on the morning of September 10. Company Chairman Gu Yongmao, General Manager Cui Yongzhi, and other members of the leadership team in Kunming attended the meeting, which was presided over by Yang Pengyong, the company's deputy general manager of production.
First, the production management department manager arranged and deployed the 2019 "Quality Month" activity. Deputy General Manager Yang Pengyong requested that each unit implement the twelve items in the activity plan.
Subsequently, General Manager Cui Yongzhi proposed that the 2019 "Quality Month" activity should unify understanding, truly enhance the urgency of quality management, fully highlight the key role of "quality" in production development, put forward higher requirements for "four guarantees, one control, and one tree," and requested that members of the "Quality Month" activity leadership group widely mobilize all employees to participate in the activity, conduct reports on the deeds of advanced units and individuals, use the power of role models for publicity and guidance, create a strong atmosphere for the "Quality Month" activity, and effectively ensure that the work is implemented well, further improving the level of quality management.
Chairman Gu Yongmao summarized the launch meeting of the "Quality Month" activity and emphasized that "quality" is the foundation for winning the market and the lifeblood of the enterprise. Each unit should implement it strictly, starting from the project front line, creating brands, winning the market, obtaining more Luban Awards, Installation Stars, and other awards, establishing the corporate image and brand. He also put forward five requirements: First, increase publicity efforts to enhance the quality awareness of all personnel; second, take the "Quality Month" as an opportunity to establish a long-term quality control mechanism; third, further improve the company's quality system to ensure the effectiveness of system operation; fourth, gradually establish a quality integrity system, evaluation system, and credit system; fifth, strictly control engineering quality and strictly pursue quality responsibility.
