In order to further improve the management of middle-level cadres and give full play to the role of employee supervision, the Tenth Engineering Project Department held a 2 month 14 day middle-level cadres 2018 annual performance, integrity, and responsibility report democratic appraisal meeting.

The performance, integrity, and responsibility report was given by the deputy leaders of the engineering department. The main contents included the work achievements completed in the past year, existing deficiencies and overall plans for next year's work, as well as the implementation of political discipline and political rules, the implementation of the main responsibility for comprehensively and strictly governing the Party, the promotion of Party style and integrity construction and anti-corruption work, the implementation of integrity discipline, and reports on personal matters.

After the three deputy directors completed their reports, the employees of the engineering department conducted an objective, fair, and just democratic appraisal and scoring of the three deputy directors based on their work performance, political quality, leadership ability, work style, adherence to the two maintains, main responsibilities, democratic centralism, implementation of the spirit of the eight central regulations, and self-discipline.
