The Five Departments held a mid-year work meeting

     On July 27, the Fifth Construction Department organized a mid-year work meeting for 2018 at the Majinpu base, attended by members of the department's leadership team, department heads, and project managers. The meeting was chaired by Xiong Wei, manager and branch secretary of the department.

　　At the meeting, Manager Xiong first conveyed the spirit of the company's mid-year meeting and reported on the completion of various indicators for the first half of 2018.

　　Following this, members of the department's leadership team and various heads summarized their respective work and project management in terms of operation, production management, quality management, safety management, material management, cost control, integrated entry, and the current status of various ongoing projects. They identified problems in various modules of the department's management process and offered specific suggestions. Furthermore, those responsible for various aspects reported on their work plans for the second half of the year.

　　Finally, Manager Xiong provided a detailed summary of the department's work in the first half of the year, analyzed the gaps and shortcomings compared to other departments, and encouraged everyone to remain confident and proactive in overcoming difficulties and ensuring implementation. Especially given the less-than-ideal completion of various indicators in the first half of the year, even greater efforts are needed in the second half. Various measures will be implemented to advance the work: First, focus on operational work; second, organize the production work of ongoing projects and strengthen internal management; third, improve talent development, comprehensively enhancing the overall quality and capabilities of department personnel; and fourth, expedite project settlement and collection. In short, through this year-end meeting, everyone should unify their thoughts, reach a consensus, work together, and strive to complete the various 2018 targets set by the company for the Fifth Construction Department in the second half of the year.
