The Equipment and Materials Department held an operation training session for the "Cloud Home" e-commerce platform.

On June 8th, a training session on the "Cloud Home" e-commerce platform, organized by the Equipment and Materials Department, was held in the company's comprehensive building auditorium. Three teachers, including Ning Zhijun from Construction Investment Logistics Company, were specially invited to give lectures. Attendees included the main leaders in charge of materials from various grassroots units of the company, chief economists, personnel from the company's finance department, contract and budget department, and all equipment and materials management personnel in Kunming.

The "Cloud Home" e-commerce platform is a professional, comprehensive B2B2C2M large-scale resource trading and ecological full-process supply chain management platform. It is an e-commerce platform mainly based on self-operation with "Internet + Home" as its core characteristic. Currently, it has built a "centralized procurement fulfillment system + comprehensive logistics information management system", realizing integrated operation and management of the material procurement and supply system, including plan submission, bidding, contract and fulfillment management, transportation allocation, in-transit monitoring, APP code scanning acceptance, settlement, and real-time data transmission.

Material procurement in the system includes two major processes: centralized procurement and self-procurement. Mr. Ning demonstrated the operation and regulations of these two processes. Finally, participants interacted and raised questions based on their actual work, which were answered one by one. With the initial intention of improving business efficiency and maximizing benefits, they conducted further exchanges with Mr. Ning on the platform's development.

Through this training, we have a more intuitive and clear understanding of "Cloud Home," laying the foundation for future business development.
