The wastewater treatment aeration tank of the Binh Duong Paper Mill in Vietnam, constructed by the Seventh Engineering Department, successfully completed its water delivery on time and in accordance with the requirements of the owner and general contractor.
On April 3, with the joint witness of the owner (Zhenglong Paper Mill) and the general contractor (China Haicheng), the gate valve was slowly opened, successfully introducing water into the aeration tank. The project quality and progress have been unanimously praised by the owner and the general contractor.
