Group cadre assessment team four conducted a comprehensive assessment at An'er Company

On the morning of March 19, Ni Canghua, deputy head of Group Cadre Assessment Group 4 and Party Secretary of the Third Company, led the assessment team to An Er Si to conduct a comprehensive assessment of An Er Si for 2017. More than 70 people attended the assessment, including members of the company's leadership team, middle-level cadres of various departments, main leaders of grassroots units, and employee representatives. The meeting was chaired by Xu Bo, Party Secretary of the company.

At the meeting, Ni Canghua, deputy head of the assessment team, delivered a mobilization speech, introducing the purpose and precautions of the comprehensive assessment on behalf of the assessment team, and put forward specific requirements. Xu Bo, Party Secretary of the company, made a summary of the Party committee's work in 2017 on behalf of the Party committee. Afterwards, Gu Yongmao, Chairman of the Board, Cui Yongzhi, General Manager, and Xu Bo, Party Secretary, respectively made personal reports on their work, integrity, and responsibilities for 2017.

Participants listened to the reports and conducted democratic appraisals of the company's leadership team and its members. They also participated in the democratic evaluation of the company's selection and appointment of personnel.

After the meeting, the Group Party Committee's assessment team also held talks with members of the company's leadership team, some department heads, some main Party and government leaders of the engineering departments, and some employee representatives, and reviewed relevant data and accounts.
