On the morning of March 1st, accompanied by sunshine and spring breezes, a grand groundbreaking ceremony was held for the wastewater treatment plant installation project of the Lao-China Dongyan Petrochemical Co., Ltd.'s refined oil product project in the Saisetta Industrial Park in Vientiane, Laos. Attendees included He Jun, Executive Vice President of Dongyan Petrochemical; Wang Jinjun, General Manager of Qingdao Minglang Company (the EPC contractor); Lu Shouzhen, Chief Project Supervisory Engineer; He Yong, Dongyan Petrochemical Project Safety Engineer; Li Huijun, Assistant to the General Manager; Liang Tao, Manager of the Project Management Center; Chen Chunwen, Secretary of the First Engineering Department; Guo Wen, On-site Project Manager; and all project staff.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, He Jun, Executive Vice President of the owner, first announced the commencement and delivered a speech. He introduced the project overview, emphasizing the importance and significance of this project to the relationship between Laos and China, and encouraged everyone to "roll up their sleeves and work hard" to ensure the project's safe and timely completion. Subsequently, amidst smokeless fireworks and applause, Wang Jinjun, General Manager of Qingdao Minglang Company (the general contractor), solemnly handed the EPC unit construction flag to Li Huijun, company leader. Li stated that they would adhere to high standards and strict requirements, ensuring construction quality and safety, and completing the project on schedule. With expectation and trust, Li handed the flag to Guo Wen, the on-site project manager. Guo Wen stated that all project staff would meticulously organize construction with an unyielding spirit and a relentless fighting attitude, overcoming all difficulties to complete the project on schedule.

The groundbreaking ceremony marks the official launch of the wastewater treatment plant installation project for the refined oil product project of Lao-China Dongyan Petrochemical Co., Ltd. in Vientiane, Laos.
