In order to promptly convey the spirit of the company's employee representative conference, earnestly summarize the achievements, shortcomings, and lessons learned from the work of the fifth engineering department in 2017, and clarify the work tasks and priorities for 2018, on February 10, the fifth engineering department convened all cadres and employees in Majinpu to hold a 2017 work summary meeting and 2018 work deployment meeting.

At the meeting, the meeting host first disseminated and studied the spirit of the "Administrative Work Report" and the "Spiritual Civilization Construction Work Report" of the first session of the second employee representative conference of the company, and the important speech of Deputy General Manager Ma De of the group, and combined with the actual situation of the engineering department, gave a more detailed explanation of some of the contents of the spirit of the employee representative conference.

Secondly, members of the engineering department's leadership team respectively spoke on the achievements of their respective work in 2017, existing shortcomings and future improvement measures, and the key work arrangements for 2018.

He also conveyed the production and operation responsibility indicators for 2018 issued by the company, and deployed the key tasks for the engineering department's work in 2018: In terms of business operations, firstly, it is necessary to continue to consolidate the pharmaceutical sector market, firmly guard the engineering department's base, maintain communication with important partners, give full play to business advantages, continuously enhance the engineering department's influence and competitiveness, seize the follow-up projects of Kunyao Group and Majinpu Bio-Park, and continue to strengthen the development of the two regional markets in southern and western Yunnan, striving to achieve a transformation from operating one project to operating a regional market. Secondly, increase cooperation with new water conservancy and hydropower projects, continuously expand the market and scale, and do a good job in the secondary operation of ongoing projects. Members of the engineering department's leadership team should increase the intensity of business operations. Thirdly, the development of new fields and new markets should be led by the company, strengthen the participation in group projects, and fundamentally solve the problem of expanding the scale of the engineering department. In terms of production organization, firstly, continue to strengthen the basic management work of the engineering department and earnestly implement various management regulations of the company. Secondly, improve the cost awareness of project management personnel and strengthen the process control of project costs. Thirdly, strengthen the management of two contracts (subcontracting contracts and procurement contracts) and improve the system of contract budget costs in the engineering department. Fourthly, unswervingly implement the risk-sharing system, link the interests of the engineering department with personal interests, strictly enforce rewards and punishments, and improve the sense of responsibility of management personnel. Fifthly, solve the shortcomings of subcontracting teams, especially strictly control the labor force, and ensure the quality of construction. Sixthly, gradually implement the internal contracting responsibility system in the engineering department, improve employees' work enthusiasm, and increase employees' income. Seventhly, carry out NC training on projects to improve the integrated operation capacity of the engineering department. In terms of talent team building, firstly, increase the training of employees who are able to endure hardship, willing to endure hardship, and willing to learn on the front line, and enrich the management talent team of the engineering department. Secondly, increase the efforts to introduce talents, especially professional and technical personnel, to prepare for the development of new markets in the future.
