Group union visits front-line employees in Zhaotong project area

 

　　On the afternoon of January 8, Chen Wenshuang, chairman of the group's trade union, led a group of trade union members to the Zhaotong project area to organize a "Welcoming the New Year and Sending Warmth" activity at the project site. Yang Jin, vice chairman of the group's trade union, and Xu Bo, secretary of the Party committee of the Second Installation Company, attended the event.

 

 

　　The event was held in the Zhaotong Development Building auditorium. Yang Jin, vice chairman of the group's trade union, and Chen Wenshuang, chairman of the trade union, made suggestions, expressed hopes, and put forward requirements for the various participating units in the Zhaotong project area. Vice Chairman Yang pointed out: First, all units must be guided by the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, actively organize various labor competitions in the Zhaotong area, fully carry forward the "wolf spirit" and "craftsman spirit", improve team cooperation ability, establish a team image, uphold the group's "one chessboard" thinking, take root in Zhaotong, love Zhaotong, serve Zhaotong, play the role of the main force of the working class, and make due contributions to the group's goal of becoming a world top 500 company. Second, all grassroots trade unions should consider employees from all aspects and perspectives, regularly and at multiple levels consider employee needs, and carry out trade union work based on the actual needs of the vast number of employees. Finally, Vice Chairman Yang once again conveyed the group's greetings and care to the frontline employees during the Spring Festival.

 

　　Trade union chairman Chen Wenshuang emphasized that in 2017, all participating units in the Zhaotong area achieved brilliant results, and many exciting projects have also begun. In the new year, the vast number of employees of all units should have a new atmosphere, new positioning, and new goals. They should better understand and grasp the group's leapfrog development ideas and concepts, based on the group's requirements for the "management improvement year", and use a "global" perspective to expand the group's market and scale.

 

　　After the event, Xu Bo, secretary of the company's Party committee, and leaders of various participating units in Zhaotong accompanied the group's trade union group to visit the Zhaotong Development Building project, which was built by the company. During the visit, Chairman Chen gave high praise and affirmation to the construction and completion of the Zhaotong Development Building: "The Zhaotong Development Building is the spiritual home of the hard work and struggle of the Construction Investment Group in Zhaotong, a powerful testament to the years of dedication of the vast number of Construction Investment employees, and the crystallization of the work and conduct of Construction Investment people in Zhaotong."
