To help new employees integrate into the company culture and adapt to the work environment more quickly and effectively, thereby enabling them to start work smoothly, the Seventh Engineering Project Department held new employee onboarding training on July 17. The department manager, deputy manager, secretary, and heads of various functional departments participated.
During the training, all employees of the Seventh Engineering Department extended a warm welcome to the new employees. Department Manager Yang Zhendong and Secretary Li Jinning answered questions for the new employees on aspects of life and work, and urged them to carefully plan their careers, and in their future work and life, to learn, observe, ask, think, and do more, constantly improving themselves so that they can soon become independent. Following this, the deputy department manager and heads of various functional departments provided training on quality, safety, cost, human resources, and materials.
Through the training, the new employees gained a deeper understanding of the company's corporate culture, business philosophy, and industry nature. They expressed their intention to integrate into the An'ersi family as quickly as possible and contribute to the company's development.
