Attending the plenary session were 75 members of the Provincial Committee and 10 alternate members of the Provincial Committee. The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was a very important meeting held at a critical time when comprehensively promoting the building of a strong country and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese-style modernization. It has epoch-making milestone significance. The "Decision" adopted at the meeting is another programmatic document in the history of the Party. Studying and implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China is a major political task in the current period and for some time to come.
