To comprehensively improve safety management levels, prepare for project safety management emergency response work, and continuously optimize and improve the project accident emergency rescue system, on the afternoon of June 29, the 13th Engineering Project Department of Yunnan Qunxing Chemical Co., Ltd.'s 20,000-ton/year potassium permanganate relocation and transformation project conducted a high-altitude fall emergency rescue drill.

Before the drill began, project management personnel and team members clarified their respective responsibilities and division of labor to ensure rapid response and efficient collaboration during the drill. This drill simulated an accident scenario where a construction worker fell from a height due to operational error. After the accident, the project department immediately activated the emergency plan, sealed off the scene, evacuated personnel, and reported the accident to the relevant departments. At the same time, nearby medical institutions were contacted to ensure that professional rescue forces could quickly arrive at the scene.

During the rescue, the rescue personnel first assessed the personnel's injuries and the on-site environment, and then formulated a detailed rescue plan. With the assistance of professional rescue equipment, the rescue personnel treated the injured. The entire rescue process was tense and orderly, with smooth communication and cooperation between departments, fully demonstrating the professional skills and collaborative ability of the emergency rescue team.

This drill not only enhanced the safety awareness of construction personnel and improved the on-site handling capabilities and collaborative coordination level of project management personnel, but also tested the practicality of the emergency plan, providing a strong guarantee for the project's future safety production work.
