1 On February 22, the company held a 2023 annual meeting on the assessment of Party branch secretaries' performance in grassroots Party building. Party branch secretaries (or their deputies) from each branch delivered reports, highlighting achievements, identifying shortcomings, and outlining future plans. In accordance with the requirements of the Group's Party Committee, summaries of the reports from each branch secretary (or deputy secretary) are now published for review by Party members, cadres, and the public.

Yang Zhendong, Party Branch Secretary, 13th Engineering Project Department

Work Achievements 1. Diligently implemented the Group's and company's management systems, ensuring effective work in Party building, production and operation, ideology, and Party discipline and integrity. 2. Focused on market competition to enhance market competitiveness. 3. Made every effort to prioritize production, planning and arranging in advance, leading employees to overcome difficulties, working together with determination to complete tasks to high standards. 4. Strengthened basic management and execution. Detailed and practical basic management work was implemented with full staff participation. 5. Continuously strengthened the standardized and normalized construction of the Party branch.

Main Shortcomings 1. Insufficient in-depth study of political theory. 2. The issue of prioritizing business over Party building still exists. 3. Team building needs improvement. 4. Insufficient integration of Party building into production and operation.

Future Plans 1. Prioritize strengthening ideological and political education and enhance the study of political theory. 2. Ensure responsibility implementation. 3. Work Achievements 1. Strengthened management and stability maintenance. Strict adherence to the guard duty system, enhanced training for the company's security team and community security team, and strengthened communication and coordination with the police station, office, and community to effectively implement "police-civilian co-construction" and better leverage the coordinated efforts of government and enterprises. 2. Completed the acceptance work for the landscaping and fire protection projects in the company's Yimen Industrial Park. 3. Work Achievements 1. Adhered to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as guidance, and deeply studied and understood the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC. Through organizing political theory study, Party lessons, and warning education activities, Party members and cadres were educated and guided to strengthen their ideological foundation.

Strictly implemented the Party building responsibility system, fulfilled the responsibilities of the "first responsible person," urged members of the leading group to fulfill their "dual responsibilities," took the lead in implementing the overall strict governance of the Party's political responsibility, and persistently grasped Party discipline and integrity.

3. Effectively grasped mass work. Gave full play to the role of the grassroots trade union as a "bridge and link," and actively cooperated with the company's trade union in carrying out various activities.
