To thoroughly implement the company's benchmarking and improvement strategic deployment and learn from advanced management models and experiences in production and operation, on December 13, relevant management personnel from the Fifth, Seventh, and Thirteenth Engineering Project Departments conducted a benchmarking exchange activity with the Electromechanical Equipment Installation Management Department of the Third General Contracting Department. This benchmarking exchange took the form of a symposium, where both sides exchanged ideas and shared experiences comprehensively on party building, business bidding, engineering management, and safety management.

At the meeting, the heads of both branches introduced their respective project departments' production and operation ideas and key measures. Both sides exchanged business information on the basic situation of the departments, the completion of key indicators, and development ideas. The exchange was lively and full of valuable insights.
