10 On the morning of the 19th, the Mengniu (Xiaobaihu) Ranch construction project, undertaken by the Seventh Engineering Project Department, successfully passed its completion acceptance inspection.

At the acceptance inspection site, the participating units conducted key checks on aspects such as the quality of the project entity and construction data, and also conducted acceptance inspections on the site's foundation, main structure, building decoration, water supply and drainage and electrical engineering, and steel structure engineering. Ultimately, all units agreed that the acceptance procedures were compliant, the construction data was complete, the entity's visual quality was good, and the functions were complete, agreeing to pass the completion acceptance inspection.

The Mengniu (Xiaobaihu) Ranch construction project was jointly invested and constructed by Inner Mongolia Fuyuan International Industrial Co., Ltd. and the government of Luliang County. The entire project covers an area of 509 mu. After completion, it can raise more than 4,500 high-breed dairy cows, adding hundreds of jobs to the local area, purchasing 35,000 tons of corn silage annually from nearby farmers, guiding villagers towards large-scale and intensive agricultural development, and driving income growth for employees through industrial upgrading and structural adjustments, achieving precise poverty alleviation and industrial poverty alleviation.
