The evaporator, surface condenser, and stripping tower of the pulp and paper mill's raw material substitution and technological upgrading project in Dongguan have been successfully installed.

On October 21, the evaporator, surface condenser, and stripping tower of the raw material substitution and technological transformation project of Nine Dragons Paper (Dongguan) Co., Ltd., undertaken by the First Engineering Project Department, were successfully hoisted into place.

The hoisting operation lasted six days and employed a 350t truck crane as the main hoist, assisted by a 200t truck crane for tailing. The equipment hoisted included six evaporators, one surface condenser, and one stripping tower. The heaviest piece was the seven-effect plate-type falling-film evaporator, weighing 83 tons, the heaviest single piece of equipment in this project. The six evaporators were positioned at a height of 8.37m, and the surface condenser at 14.1m.

The successful completion of this hoisting operation is attributed to the concerted efforts of the company's technical department and project management team. It is of significant importance to the implementation of the company's Dongguan paper mill project and has received unanimous praise from the client, establishing a positive image for the company.
