The Eight Ministries held a 2017 year-end management work conference

On February 23, the Eighth Engineering Project Department organized all employees to hold a 2017 year-end management work conference in the company's multi-functional report hall. Mr. Gu Yongmao, Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Lü Chunping, Chief Economist, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Li Junping, the Party Secretary of the Engineering Department, spoke. First, he disseminated the spirit of the company's first bi-annual congress of representatives, conveying to the frontline workers the achievements made by the company in 2017 and its work plans for the next step. Second, he mainly reported on the completion of various economic indicators, market operations, safety, quality, technology, equipment and material management, and NC business financial integration in the Eighth Engineering Department in 2017, pointing out in detail the achievements made in various management work, as well as the problems and shortcomings exposed, and proposing specific improvement measures for the exposed problems and shortcomings. At the same time, he gave a detailed interpretation of the work plans formulated by the department for 2018. The meeting commended advanced collectives and advanced workers who emerged in 2017, encouraging all employees to work diligently and strive for excellence.

Company leaders gave instructions and requirements for the department's work. Comrade Lü Chunping, Chief Economist, made requirements for the future development of the Eighth Engineering Department from three aspects: business and economic control, safety awareness, and talent team building: We must adhere to the leading position of business operations, enhance cost control awareness, and strengthen bidding work; we must firmly establish the "red line" awareness of safety, coordinate and promote the production work of projects; we must strengthen talent team building and strive to build a team of employees who love their jobs, are dedicated, and work together. Chairman Gu Yongmao, based on the situation of this meeting, first congratulated all employees of the Eighth Engineering Department on their achievements in 2017. Second, he requested that all employees quickly get back to work after the Spring Festival, strengthen safety awareness, and quickly invest in the work of 2018. Finally, Chairman Gu, in accordance with the requirements of the company's congress of representatives, emphasized the implementation of the risk-offset contract responsibility system and encouraged all employees to work together and strive to create new achievements in the new year.
