According to the "Guiding Opinions on the Cultivation of Innovative Skilled Talents in Yunnan Province" (Yunren Shefa [2016] No. 57) issued by the Yunnan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, after recommendations from human resources and social security departments, industry associations, large state-owned enterprises, and large centrally-owned enterprises in various prefectures and cities, and after layers of screening throughout the province, 201 comrades were selected as "Yunling Skilled Masters" and 396 comrades as "Yunling Skilled Craftsmen."

Finally, the company's skilled talents Li Bo, Chen Hui, and Yu Xinggui were awarded the title of "Yunling Skilled Master" in the first session, and Pan Mingxiang, Wang Keyong, Mao Yunwu, Yang Qingyu, Yang Hong, and Zhang Guangxing were awarded the title of "Yunling Skilled Craftsman" in the first session.
